Approve held runs from chat

Approvers can now review, edit, and clear held runs from your team chat without opening the dashboard.

Each approval request now arrives as a compact card with the agent’s plan, the systems it will touch, and a one-line risk summary. Approvers can clear the run, send it back with a note, or edit the plan inline.

Approvals made in chat are written to the flight recorder with the approver’s identity and timestamp, exactly like approvals made on the board.
