Faster boarding for large queues

We rebuilt the scheduler that assigns tasks to agents. Large batches now begin processing in seconds instead of minutes, and throughput stays steady as the queue grows.

The departures board also groups related runs into a single row, so a 5,000-ticket backlog reads as one flight with a live progress count.
